This home offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, plus an additional powder room for guests. The master bedroom is a true indulgence with a king bed, large walk-through closet into the master bath that has a double vanity, stand-alone soaking tub, and zero-entry walk-in shower. One guest room offers a king bed and another offers two queen beds. Both have walk-in showers with a large vanity. The fourth guest room offers versatility with two twin beds both with trundles. A twin-to-king bed converter is available, at no extra cost, adding flexibility for couples.

Inside, an open and airy layout provides multiple inviting gathering spaces. The living room features abundant comfortable seating and a 75" TV, ideal for movie nights or relaxing after a day at the beach. Do you offer Traveler's Insurance? Yes, an option to purchase Traveler's Insurance will be presented to you at time of check-out. If the option does not auto-generate at the time of check-out, and you're interested in purchasing, please let us know and we'll be happy to send you the Traveler's Insurance information.

What arrangements are made to pick up a key? Jessamine Retreat is equipped with an electronic 'keyless' entry system that is programmed with a code of your choice. This makes it very convenient for our guests as they do not have to worry about getting locked out, or losing a key.

Does your pool get any direct sun as many of the homes we've stayed in within Sea Pines, well their pools are too shaded? Yes, the pool gets sun light from morning to late afternoon. Summer pool temps generally range from 86 - 88 degrees.

What if there is an issue while we are staying at your house? All issues are quickly addressed with minimal disruption to your vacation. So, you never need to worry about trying to contact an absentee owner to address any issues.

How close are you to the beach? About a 5 minute walk!

Are you close to Harbour Town and South Beach? Yes, its about a 9810 minute bike ride to either location, and just 10 minutes to the Sea Pines Beach Club.

What size is Jessamine Retreat? The home is just over 3,137 square feet.

Is the home for sale and could we have our vacation interrupted by an agent wanting to show the house? No, the home is not for sale. We do caution prospective guests that are looking at other properties to check with the owner or manager to insure that the property they are considering is not for sale, or that they will not have their vacation interrupted by agents wanting to show the home!

Do you offer discounts? If your arrival date is less than 30 days away and our home is available, we will certainly work with you.

Are there any additional fees outside of what is included in the quote? The only other fee(s) is the optional fee to heat the pool and/or spa. If you'd like a quote to include heat for one, or both, please let us know.

Where can we rent bikes and how much does it cost? There are many bike rental companies on the island. We prefer Hilton Head Bicycle Company - www.hiltonheadbikerental.com - 843-384-9322 and highly recommend arranging your bike rental before you arrive so they will be delivered and waiting for you on your arrival day.
